Refund policy
Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel an item, please send an email to olly@sinkgolf.co.uk within 12 hours of purchase, before work on the order commences.
Cooling Off Period:
- By law, customers within the European Union are entitled to a 'cooling off period' within seven working days of their purchase being delivered.
Return and Refund Process:
- If for any reason you wish to return an item and seek a refund from your purchase, please contact olly@sinkgolf.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item, for further instructions.
- Please note that items that have been personalised, such as custom stamping, or customised for loft and lie, cannot be refunded.
Return Instructions:
- Please contact us at olly@sinkgolf.co.uk for full return instructions. When returning the item, please ensure that the head cover is placed over the head and that the item is packed in the same manner it was received.
