Shipping Process:

• All products (except custom builds) purchased through Sink Golf are processed and shipped within 2 working days from the date of purchase.
• Orders are shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Know Your Build Orders:

• All 'KNOW YOUR BUILD' orders will be dispatched within 14 days.
• For UK/Europe orders, expect arrival within 15 working days via APC/DHL.
• USA orders will arrive within 17 working days.
• Worldwide orders will be delivered within 17-18 working days, shipped with DHL.
• Import/custom fees are included in the selected price for all worldwide orders.

Shipping Address Details:

• It is imperative that customers provide accurate and complete shipping address details during the checkout process to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Sink Golf will not be responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer.

Engraving, Headcover, and Grip Choices:

• When customising your order with engraving, headcover preferences, or grip choices, please ensure that all details provided are correct.
• Sink Golf will fulfill orders according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
• We recommend reviewing your customisation preferences carefully before completing your order to avoid any discrepancies.

Shipping Rates:

• For orders shipped within the UK, shipping is free of charge with APC Next Day Delivery.
• For international orders (DPD Express Delivery), shipping is available at a rate of $20 USD.
• Customers will be provided with shipping rate options before finalising their purchase.
• Please note that additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international deliveries.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays.
